Yu, South & Associates just learned today that USCIS has completed the data entry of all FY-2015 H-1B cap petitions. USCIS will now begin returning all H-1B cap petitions that were not selected in the lottery.
Our office has been notifying employer and employees as we received the H-1B receipts throughout the process and will continue to update you should we receive more selected petitions that are currently on the way to be mailed out as of today. Yu, South & Associates has been very fortunate as we have received official filing receipts for most of the FY-2015 cap subject H-1B filings made by Yu, South & Associates over the past 4 weeks. To date, we are only missing a few filing confirmations and we are hoping they would make it in the lottery as well.
For those petitions that will not be selected, USCIS will return all documentation including related filing fees. We will notify you as soon as we receive the package if your filing did not make it in the lottery and at that time, we will also go over your options and address any other concerns you may have.
