Ana Marie Terry is an experienced immigration legal assistant with over 12 years of continuous hands-on experience assisting in all aspect of immigration matters from employment based to family based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions as well as removal and deportation litigation cases.
She obtained and graduated with honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, from the College of The Holy Spirit in 1986. Before she joined Yu, South & Associates, Ms. Terry was a Legal Assistant in the Federal Litigation Department and the Detention and Removal Defense Departments at the Law offices of john R. Perry, an immigration law firm, in Encino, California, from 2005 until 2010. She provided administrative assistance to four (4) attorneys of the firm.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of John R. Perry, Ms. Terry was a legal assistant to Attorney Eli A. Rich, an immigration law firm also in Encino, CA from 2000 to 2004. In this capacity, she has assisted the firm’s attorneys and clients on other numerous immigration matters such as nonimmigrant visas, immigrant visas both employment and family based and Labor Certification.
A mother of three beautiful children, Ms. Terry, also a life and health insurance agent both in Texas and California, loves to sing and dance on her spare time and spends a lot of moments watching movies with her husband.
Born in the Philippines, Ms. Terry is fluent in Tagalog and English.
