Yu, South & Associates PLLC is a Dallas law firm serving immigration clients, families, professionals, businesses, investors, and the Chinese-American community with steady legal guidance since 1991.
Founded in 1991, Yu, South & Associates PLLC has helped clients navigate life-changing legal decisions for more than three decades. Our firm is known for immigration law, multilingual service, and practical legal counsel for people whose cases often touch more than one area of law.
From our Dallas office, we serve individuals, families, students, employees, employers, schools, corporations, entrepreneurs, investors, and international clients throughout North Texas. We are especially proud of our long relationship with the Chinese-American community while welcoming clients of every nationality and background.
Our philosophy is simple: clients deserve careful preparation, honest communication, and a legal team that understands how immigration, family, criminal, business, intellectual property, international trade, and estate planning issues can affect one another.
Immigration and legal matters can affect where you live, who you can sponsor, how your business grows, whether your family is protected, and what options are available for the future. We take those concerns seriously and work to make the process understandable.
Yu, South & Associates combines focused immigration experience with broader legal support for related matters. That gives clients a more complete view of their risks, opportunities, and next steps.
Many clients come to us for immigration help, but their needs may also involve family law, criminal defense, business planning, intellectual property, international trade, or estate planning. Our practice areas are designed to support the real-world situations clients face.
