Ms. Mindy Wolfson, an immigrant from Canada herself, has over 23 years of exclusive and dedicated service and expertise in the US immigration and nationality laws.  During her over 20 years of professional services with Tidwell, Swaim & Associates as a senior immigration paralegal, she accumulated invaluable experience and skills and trained many immigration legal staff there. Ms. Mindy Wolfson joined our Firm during the initial founding stage in October 2006 and is now the Senior Immigration Paralegal responsible for a number of major corporate accounts with the Firm, assisting in all types of employment based immigration cases, with the H-1B and PERM types in particular. Mindy is very efficient in her work and her record of processing over 150 H-1B new initial filing cases independently from the very beginning to the final completion including the preparation of all the shipping lables in only 3 and a half working days to meet the April 1, 2007 filing deadline during our early days at Yu, South & Associates in our initial temporary office space still stands uncontested and unbroken as the highest efficiency and productivity ever for the Firm.

We are amazed by the record becasue the filing fees alone were over 450 checks to write out by hand as we always separate filing fees from visa fraud detection & prevention fees and the premium processing fees in different checks.  Today, at our own private and exclusive office building with 3 high speed copier machines and full support of all the technological equipment, that record of hers is yet to be challenged!
