Eva Lin, originally from Taiwan, China and a recent graduate from the University of Texas at Arlington in August 2007 with a Master’s Degree in Professional Accounting, is our full time in-house staff accountant, responsible for all internal bookkeeping, billing, invoicing and payment. She is also responsible for maintaining general journal entries and work with outside CPAs on all accounting related reporting and compliance filings for our Firm.  In other word, she is not only the person who gets all the credit for keeping our financial numbers in order but also the person who gets all the blame when the billing and/or invoicing might ever get delayed or misunderstood by a client.  It is a lot of details and repetitous stresses on a daily basis that not everybody can take for a heavy billing job that we have, given the volume and the nature of our routine work. 

Don’t know how she manages it but she is seemingly doing a great job and helps us take away a lot of administrative and accounting burdens from the management.  Maybe that master’s degree in public accounting of hers along with her prior work experience got something to do with it, didn’t it?
