This "O" type of visas are reserved for a very small group of aliens with "extraordinary abilities" in science, arts, education, business or athletics.  It has the following 3 different sub-categories:

O-1 visa: principal alien of extraordinary ability;

O-2 visa: Supporting staff accompanying O-1; and,

O-3 visa: Spouse or children of either O-1 or O-2.
