"H" Visas for Foreign Workers Print E-mail

"H" visa is a category for nonimmigrant foreign workers and there are the following sub-categories under this classficiaton:

  1. "H-1" visa which includes H-1B and H-1C;
  2. "H-2" visa which includes H-2A and H-2B;
  3. "H-3" visa; and,
  4. "H-4" visa.
