I-360 is also a multi-purpose petitioning form and it is used for different cases including the following: 1. Victim of domestic violence, commonly referred to as VAWA standing for Violence Against Woman Act; 2. Religious Worker 3. Special immigrant 4. Recent law changes also allow alien surving spouse to self-petition after the US citizen spouse died. Please include a detailed description of your case, including the nature of your case type, as this Form is used for multi-purposes including special immigrant and self petitioners as victims of domestic violence, etc. If you have a case currently pending at the USCIS with a receipt number please also provide it. If you have a pending case with a receipt number please also provide it.
