Ms. PatriciaConkright’s prior law practice concentrated on the family law and probate fields and she also brought to Yu, South & Associates her prior work experience with US Small Business Administration. Patricia obtained her B.A. in political science from University of North Texas in 1998 and JD from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law. Ms. Conkright was licensed by Texas Supreme Court to practice law since September 2005. Ms. Patricia Conkright, known as Patty among the staff, is an associate attorney with Yu, South & Associates since July 2007 and, she is part of the legal team in Immigration Division of the Firm working on cases in the areas of asylum, deportation, removal and accompanying clients to their interviews or hearings at the USCIS or Immigration Courts, in addition to other areas of immigration laws. Ms. Conkright also works on the appellate work of immigration matters in the employment and family based categories with the USCIS Administrative Appeal Office (AAO) and Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) as well as Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals (BALCA) in particular.
