Brian M. South, Co-Founder and Partner of Yu, South & Associates since October 2006, graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Juris Doctorate from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas in May 2000 and has practiced law primarily as a sole practitioner since November 2000. Mr. South's law practice and legal experience is broad and well-diverse, including the specialty areas of personal injury litigation, business and consumer litigation, business transactional law, family law, medical malpractice and long-term care facility defense, criminal defense, estate planning and real estate law. Past and present clientèle include a wide range of local and national businesses, in addition to individual clients. Mr. South was born in Lafayette, Indiana on September 21, 1973 and was raised in Plano, Texas. He attended undergraduate school at the University of Texas at Austin where he received a B.B.A. in Finance in 1996.
